It is a sacred Mission with a very clear Vision. A teacher must be fully equipped with knowledge. He must gain full clarity of his subject matter. He must be Truthful and Honest. He must talk to his students with face to face and eye to eye contact. He must be able to note face expressions of his students and if the response is not positive, he should stop lecturing and first of all should remove the hurdle and inspire his students for learning. A teacher should talk to his students down to their level and must use the simplest language and from that level raise towards higher learning and complex lessons.
A teacher must be able to simplify his subject as much as possible with the most understandable examples. "The simplicity comes after clarity". A real teacher enjoys when comes to know that his students are learning and fully understanding him. And a student has learnt if he feels eternally that his knowledge has improved and his level of confidence and maturity has raised. That will add pride and honor to his personality. The knowledge plays important role in grooming of the personality. Where as cheating, copying and pasting without understanding destroys the process of learning and kills creativity.
A teacher is a father of a nation. He must present himself as the best role model. He must encourage and appreciate questioning. He must teach his students not to follow a crowd but stand out of it for the convincing truth. In this way a teacher can live beyond his age.

Based on my own experience:
* Simplicity comes after Clarity.
If you have fully understood a matter, a lesson, a philosophy or a piece of knowledge, you are then able to simplify it to the extent that even uneducated can easily understand. Maturity and confidence are also dependent on Clarity. Therefore try to understand fully and with clear concepts. These people encourage questioning and enjoy answering with more easy and simple examples and with eye to eye and face to face contact. These people keep very low profile and do not claim to be scholars. They are simple and keep themselves looking like ordinary people. They are balanced personalities. They love people and if know a similar person, rush to him to learn more and give him fullest and deepest respect,honor and sincere support..
* Confused people spread Confusion.
Those people who have no clear understanding and are themselves confused, they try to use complex and difficult words, grammar and artificial abnormal acting. Such people discourage questioning and sometimes counter attack rather answering the question asked. They claim to be big philosophers and most knowledgeable persons while actually they are empty from inside. They are like "Empty vessels sound much". They may be called as Pseudo-scholars. They are found every where in the World but Pakistan is full of them. They hide their emptiness with unusual dresses, shape of body, hair etc and pose to look like philosophers. Their body language is also abnormal and unusual. They are highly jealous from knowledgeable people and keep on criticizing them in their absence. They are not balanced. They remain split personalities with triple faces. They never become men of any opinion. They are either visually extra religious or extra modern.
You can find both type of people mentioned above and can easily recognize them.
